A rapid staff expansion is available with a grant under the Job Training Incentive Program (JTIP).

Company officials today announced the award of a grant, worth $97,000, from the State of New Mexico under the Job Training Incentive Program. This grant will help Vibrant offset the expense of hiring and training two engineers and four technicians in the application and use of the Company’s proprietary Process Compensated Resonance Testing (PCRT) technology. Vibrant CEO Lem Hunter said “This program is pivotal to making Vibrant competitive in the aerospace and power generation sectors.”

“Non-destructive testing in the aerospace and power generation industries will be forever changed by PCRT,” said Mike Silva, Director of Aerospace Operations. “By using the grant to train new employees, New Mexico benefits by providing New Mexicans highly skilled jobs. It’s great to live in a state that supports small businesses and we receive fantastic support from the Albuquerque Economic Development and the JTIPs board,” said Silva.
