This report presents the motivation, background, methods and results of a Phase I STTR project that demonstrated the feasibility of using Process Compensated Resonance Testing (PCRT) to detect counterfeit, substandard, nonconforming, and improperly processed materiel for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
